In Academe, the Future Is Part-Time

Graduate school did not prepare me for the job market.
Adjuncts are dominating the work force.
Adjuncts are no longer fearful.
The majority of positions are part-time.
Many adjuncts are simply stuck.
For-profit colleges have the most adjuncts.
Adjuncts are turning to unions for help.
This situation affects more than just adjuncts.
